From checkout to the server browser in three steps

  1. 1

Pick a plan by player slots

Choose 16, 32, 64 or 128 players and a region near your crew. Name the server at checkout — that name is what players search for. Billed monthly, cancel anytime.

  2. 2

It shows up in the server browser

Setup is automatic and the server starts in seconds. We create its Steam game server token for you, so it is listed in Multiplayer > Servers from the first boot.

  3. 3

    Drop in and skate

Friends open skate. with the ReSkate launcher, find your server by name in Multiplayer > Servers, or use its join code. No copy of the game is needed on the server.

A ReSkate server that just shows up

The fiddly parts of running ReSkate — the Steam server token, matching the players’ release — are done for you. The rest of the server is yours to set up.

  • In the browser from the first boot

The ReSkate server browser only lists servers that have a Steam game server login token. Connect creates one for every server automatically — nothing to generate, paste or renew.

  • Always on the latest ReSkate release

Players and server must run the same ReSkate release. Yours updates itself to the newest release whenever it is empty and on every restart — if you ever see a version mismatch, restart your server.

  • Custom maps and park mods

Drop maps and park mods into the Mods folder with the file manager or SFTP. Maps in Thunderstore-named folders are offered to players automatically; park mods are spawned by the server.

  • Admins, votes and rotation

Give trusted players admin roles, reserve slots for regulars, let players vote on the map, kicks, time of day and extensions, and run a map rotation.

  • Moderation built in

Server name, password and welcome message, a chat word filter, the global ReSkate ban list, AFK kick, anti-cheat options such as speed-hack checks, and a voice chat setting.

  • Up to 128 players, on solid ground

Plans from 16 to 128 player slots on dedicated resources with NVMe storage, DDoS protection and backups, in EU, US and other regions. Support around the clock by ticket or Discord.

  • A skater kickflipping down a set of stone stairs beside a handrail

    Your park, your session

  • A skater riding through a red gondola cabin hung above a skate park

Custom maps from the Mods folder

  • A skater crouched low on a board in a sunny forest plaza with a wooden ramp behind

Always on the latest ReSkate release

Pick your crowd size

Every plan is the same ReSkate server with the same features — what changes is how many players it holds.

ReSkate server hosting FAQ

Every player needs skate. on Steam — it is free to play — plus the ReSkate launcher. The server does not: it is a native Linux ReSkate server that runs without any copy of the game, so there is nothing for you to buy or install on our side.
A ReSkate server must run the same ReSkate release as its players. Ours update themselves to the latest release whenever they are empty and on every restart, so if you see a version mismatch, restart your server and make sure your own ReSkate launcher is up to date. The ReSkate browser also only lists servers with a Steam game server login token — Connect creates one for every server, so yours is listed from the first boot. Search for it by name in Multiplayer > Servers, or join with its join code.
No. ReSkate is a free, open-source (GPL-3.0) community project, and Connect Hosting is not affiliated with Electronic Arts, Full Circle or the ReSkate team. We run the ReSkate dedicated server on our own hardware and look after it for you.
Yes. Upload them into the Mods folder with the file manager or SFTP and restart. Maps in Thunderstore-named folders are offered to players automatically when they join, park mods are spawned by the server, and you can put custom maps into the map rotation or let players vote on them.
Crew holds 16 players, Session 32, Park 64 and City 128. ReSkate itself allows up to 249, but our plans stop at 128. Plans are priced by player slots because a ReSkate server is light — the number of players is the choice that matters.
ReSkate has admin roles: give a player admin by their SteamID64 with the role command (role <SteamID64> admin) from your server console. Admins can moderate the server; you can also reserve slots so regulars always get in.
Yes. ReSkate updates often, and players cannot join a server on a different release. Your server installs the newest ReSkate release by itself whenever it is empty and on every restart, so it stays on the release your players have.
Yes. Set a server password and only players who know it can join. A welcome message, reserved slots, AFK kick and the chat word filter help you run a public server too.
In our EU, US and other regions — pick the one closest to most of your players at checkout. Every region runs on the same network with DDoS protection. Players connect over Steam’s relay network, so they find and join your server the same way wherever it is.
Monthly, by player slots, with no setup fee and no long-term commitment. Cancel anytime.
