How to Connect to Your Game Server
After purchasing a game server from Connect Hosting, you'll receive connection details in your dashboard. Here's how to connect:
Step 1: Find Your Server Details
- Log into your Dashboard
- Click on your service
- Look for the Connection Details section
- Note down the IP Address and Port
Step 2: Connect Using Your Game Client
Launch your game and use the following format to connect:
IP:Port
For example: 192.168.1.1:25565
Common Issues
- Connection Refused: Make sure your server is running (status: Active)
- Timeout: Check if the server is still starting up
- Wrong Password: Double-check the server password in your panel
